Ta’ir – The Assistance Center is a registered non-profit organization in Israel that has been operating since 1998. It provides support and guidance to female and male survivors of sexual assault, trains professionals, and promotes awareness, education, and advocacy around positive sexuality and sexual violence prevention.
The center operates in the greater Shephelah region and serves approximately 1.25 million residents – from Ashkelon and Kiryat Malakhi in the south, to Lod and Nes Tziona in the north, and Modiin-Maccabim-Reut in the east.

Our vision
Eradicating sexual violence by breaking the silence surrounding it, promoting gender equality, and creating a safer environment for all of us. Making existing services for survivors of sexual assault and their surrounding support networks more accessible and effective.

Why your support matters
Your donations make it possible for us to continue offering critical emotional support, legal and medical guidance, and long-term care to survivors and their loved ones. They also allow us to run educational programs that promote healthy sexuality and work to reduce sexual violence in society.
We believe deeply in the power of social change—and in building a safer, more supportive world for all.
Join us in making that change. Help us be there for the next person who reaches out.
